GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
When student has completed the required theory of hours and practical operation in the course with a GPA of "C" (70%) or better he or she is rewarded a diploma certifying his or her graduation. Students are assisted in completeing the necessary documents to file for the appropriate State Board of Cosmetology Examination.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be 17 years of age or older and have completed the 10th grade. A Cosmetology, Esthetician, and or Manicuring license will be granted by the State of California only after the students has successfully completed and graduated from the Cosmetology, Esthetician, and or Manicuring course as described above and passed the Cosmetology Site Board Exam with an overall average of 75%. The California Board of Cosmetology will provide the examination and the licensing.
